Victoria Soames Samek enjoys a close association with the Villiers String Quartet, having recently recorded the great classical and romantic clarinet quintets by Mozart and Brahms with them, as well as Rob Keeley’s bass clarinet quintet Sonata Macabre, which was dedicated to Victoria by the composer.
