Founded in 1992 by acclaimed clarinettist Victoria Samek, Clarinet & Saxophone Classics, originating from Clarinet Classics, celebrates the single reed in all its richness and diversity.
This specialist and unique label is devoted to releasing top quality recordings of imaginative and enticing programmes. Including world premieres to central repertoire, rare masterworks to historical jazz, all recorded by the finest artists of today on modern and period instruments, as well as sympathetically restored LPs and 78s of great figures from the past. Each album is supported by informative notes adding to the pleasure and rich experience to be enjoyed by all listeners.
Clarinet & Saxophone Classics expanded into publications, offering a growing resource of repertoire by established as well as young composers, alongside carefully transcribed works in our diverse series. Now incorporated within Saxtet Publications and with the combined expertise of Tom Bruton and Victoria Samek, single reed players across the world will have access to an even greater choice of music as PDF downloads via Saxtet Publications, or as printed editions via publishing partner June Emerson Wind Music.

As performer, recording artist and educator, Victoria Samek, MSc. , ARCM (hons) has developed a revolutionary process, informed and inspired by her Masters in Performance Science and a lifetime as performer and educator.
