Imaginatively and ingeniously conceived,  this programme explores works which are connected by a thread of folk influence or pastoral imagery played by the Internationally acclaimed saxophone player Kyle Horch with his long-standing duo partner, the pianist Pamela Lidiard.  This previously unexplored angle presents an attractive, thoughtful, and accessible programme of British and American recital music for saxophone and piano and offers a contrast to the many saxophone discs available.
